Opal Opal, that was fantastic! It really drives forward with great energy. I got into it... 🙂
MarieJ Marie, just saying here again what I said on Piano World. wonderful. I wonder how many of us have some kind of memory associated with this work? When I was a young kid my father, a professional musician, tried to get me to take piano lessons. They went nowhere. Then when I was 13 I heard a fellow student play this in music class and... I went home, found the score and painstakingly wrote in every note and worked and worked until I had that first movement down. My dad also bought me my first record... a recording of Moonlight. Thanks Marie. I really enjoyed listening.
rsl12 Wow, well done! Your stride work is fantastic and the blue improv excellent. Great work with that left hand too. I'm jealous...🙂
lilypad What a pretty piece and so well played. . I have never heard it before but have always loved works by Paul Williams, one of the great song writers.
plop_symphony Nicely done. I think I prefer it more legato and not so stacato. That may just be personal preference. But a beautiful waltz and your timing is excellent.
